In Tanzania, crypto is not fully banned but heavily restricted under anti-money laundering rules, with no dedicated framework yet and taxes on digital asset transfers. Uganda treats crypto as not legal tender, with court rulings affirming restrictions on its use as payment. Rwanda is developing rules but prohibits crypto activities through regulated institutions for now. Ethiopia bans crypto transactions outright. Burundi has a ban on trading. If your country prohibits or heavily restricts crypto—like Ethiopia or Burundi—you cannot use this platform. You are responsible for checking and complying with your local laws. If you do not accept these terms, do not use or access the site. Disputes under these terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

We do not offer refunds or cashbacks. Deposits are final and cannot be reversed. Use your balance only for our services, such as trading, hosting, or campaigns. By depositing, you agree not to initiate any dispute, chargeback, or reversal against us.
If you file a dispute or chargeback after depositing, we can cancel all future services and ban you from the platform. Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent cards ends your account immediately—no exceptions.

We sometimes provide free balance, coupons, or deposit bonuses through various promotions. We reserve the right to review these and remove any amount from your account if we determine it results from abuse or misuse. If removal causes a negative balance, your account will be suspended automatically. To reactivate a suspended account due to negative balance, contact us to arrange a payment that clears the deficit.
