By using Bitmula platform, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. This includes all relevant laws and regulations in your country. For example, in Kenya, this means complying with the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act of 2025, which sets rules for digital assets through the Central Bank of Kenya and the Capital Markets Authority. In Tanzania, you must stick to anti-money laundering rules and recognize that the Tanzanian shilling is the only legal tender, even though crypto use is not banned but discouraged. Uganda is working on new frameworks, but right now, cryptocurrencies are not legal tender there. Rwanda has draft rules requiring licenses for virtual asset providers, and Ethiopia bans them outright. Burundi has banned crypto trading, and South Sudan has no specific rules yet. If you live in a place where crypto is restricted or banned, like Ethiopia or Burundi, you cannot use this platform. You are responsible for knowing and following your local laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use or access the site. This agreement is binding under the laws of the Republic of Kenya, which will handle any disputes.
